Refund policy
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Policy
All sales made through The Goods are final.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including but not limited to product selection, quantity, shipping information, and payment details, are accurate prior to completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Notwithstanding the foregoing, customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon receipt.
In the event that an item is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition, the customer must notify The Goods in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by emailing thegoodsbrand.mnl@gmail.com, including:
- Order number

Clear photographic and/or video evidence of the issue
Failure to notify within the specified timeframe shall constitute a waiver of any claim relating to defects, damage, or incorrect items.
All claims are subject to verification and approval at the sole discretion of The Goods.
Resolution of Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, The Goods reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide one of the following remedies:

Replacement of the affected item (subject to availability); or

Issuance of store credit.
Cash refunds, chargebacks, and reversals are expressly excluded.
Non-Returnable Items
Without limitation, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Beauty, cosmetic, fragrance, and personal care products

Food, beverages, and consumables

Preorders, special orders, and sourced items

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards and promotional items
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of any product.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
