Are all your items authentic?

    100%! All the products we offer are authentic and purchased from authorized stores in the US or UK.  If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to send us a DM via Instagram or email us at thegoodsbrand.mnl@gmail.com. We would love to help ease your mind before you check out!

     

    What are your shipping methods and where do you ship?

      For same day delivery or pickups of on-hand items, you may book via Grab or Lalamove.

      Standard and nationwide deliveries are booked via J&T Express.
      Schedule:
      Metro Manila - 3 days
      Provincial - 5-7 days 
      How long will it take for my preorder to arrive?

      Preorders typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive in Manila. As soon as you check out, we purchase your item immediately to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.

      Do you offer refunds/cancellations? 

        Since we can guarantee that all of our products are 110% authentic, we do not accept refunds. Cancellations will not be accommodated once payment has been made. We check and pack all items securely so no refunds will be given if the item/s are damaged in transit.
        We will be more than happy to assist in contacting the courier if needed!

        Every when do you restock?
          We try our best to restock every other week but since we have to ship our products from the US and UK, delays often happen. If you urgently need something, please let us know. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

          I'm hesitant to check out because there are so many scams these days. How do I know your payment link is secure?
